Position Summary:

The Spa Attendant position is an intricate role to the daily operations at Sensory Sentiments. Spa Attendants assist in creating life-long memorable impressions for guests. This position requires a positive attitude with a passion for service and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate knowledgeably about the spa menu and products.
• Assist sta with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture and products.
• Prepare spa for special events.
• Assist guests with the use of all spa facilities.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all areas of the spa to include treatment, locker, and meditation rooms.
• Replenish spa equipment, and guest products.
• Follow reporting procedures when restocking inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a high-end retail environment, particularly within the wellness or beauty industry.
• Familiarity with luxury spa brands, treatments, and services.
• Previous experience in cleaning and maintaining a spa is a plus.
